stayed here for 2 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with particularly good location in the area which is also extremely under construction.

Marvellous location on the Marina, easy to get anywhere. Based short walk to Ha Long Bay, and the sea and the main touristic sights. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet.

Hotel was so stylish. The staff were affable the whole time. There were a safe, television, and a fridge in the room, liked that. The vibe here was family. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. The location was marvellous and favourable, for example, Tuan Chau Beach was at walking distance from the property. Nice restaurant served vegetarian specialties.

Stunning room with breathtaking view, cozy and comfortable bed. The manager was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. She went above and beyond to assist with transportation, restaurant recommendations and currency exchange. The top-floor dining room provided amazing views and breakfast was served in the room for ultimate relaxation. Convenient location at the marina for island cruises. Exceptional value for money. The staff provided exceptional service, and the family room with an ocean view was spacious and perfect. The balcony room offered a fantastic harbor view. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus.

I always return to this hotel for my stay in Ha Long. The staff even helped me with printing important papers. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception and security, bar and restaurant, airport shuttle, laundry. Perfect for my business trip. All I need in one place!

I couldn't believe how modern and stylish the Golden Palm Hotel was. My room was luxurious and comfortable, and the shower room was spotless with a powerful hot shower. The location was fantastic, with nice restaurants on the other side of the quay and a quiet beach just behind the hotel. The owner and the young lady working there were absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

As old people, we were delighted with the spacious sea view room and its cleanliness. The staff, although their English was limited, were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to be within walking distance of the marina for our Ha Long Bay trips. The beds were comfortable and the hotel provided hot showers.

The staff were so motivated and helpful, making my stay unforgettable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with great facilities and excellent parking and transportation. This city is truly magical, and the location was perfect. Although breakfast had limited options, the staff made up for it with their kindness.
